1. GENERAL
a) This document is an electronic record in accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its applicable rules, as well as amendments related to electronic records in various statutes as modified by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require physical or digital signatures.
b) This document is published pursuant to Rule 3 (1) of the Information Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011, which necessitates the publication of rules and regulations, privacy policy, and Terms of Use for accessing or using LMS.in.
c) The domain name https://launchers.co.in ("Website") is owned and operated by LMS ("Company"), a registered company limited by shares. This expression shall, unless the context requires otherwise, include its representatives, administrators, employees, directors, officers, agents, and their successors and assigns.
d) For the purpose of this Privacy Policy ("Policy"), wherever the context requires:
i) The terms 'You' and 'User' shall mean any legal person or entity accessing or using the services provided on this Website, who is competent to enter into binding contracts as per the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
ii) The terms 'We', 'Us' and 'Our' shall mean the Website and/or the Company, as the context requires;

9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND JURISDICTION
Any disputes arising from the formation, interpretation, and performance of this Policy will be resolved through a two-step Alternate Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanism, surviving even after the termination of the Policy and/or Terms.
a) Mediation: Parties will attempt to resolve disputes amicably within thirty (30) days of communication. If unresolved, disputes will proceed to arbitration.
b) Arbitration: Disputes will be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Company, with the award being binding on both Parties. Costs will be borne by the respective Parties unless directed otherwise. Arbitration will be conducted in English, with the seat in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
The Terms, Policy, and other agreements are governed by Indian laws, with exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana.
